Partner and CEO of Dupont Spiller Fadanelli Advogados (DSF), Alessandro Spiller, has been appointed to a position on the Corporate Advocacy Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association of Rio Grande do Sul (OAB/RS). The appointment took place in April and will be valid until 2027. The group aims to contribute to the development of the segment in the state, promoting the advancement of corporate lawyers.

With more than 30 years of experience in Business Law, Spiller leads strategic initiatives in Corporate, Tax, and Governance Law. The focus is to support companies in shareholder agreements, business planning, and complex transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, offering effective legal solutions that generate value and promote business sustainability.
