Sorriso, in Mato Grosso, now has Dupont Spiller Fadanelli Advogados 

Dupont Spiller Fadanelli Advogados, a company from Serra Gaúcha, opened a new unit in the national agribusiness capital: Sorriso, in Mato Grosso. Five lawyers are dedicated to the micro-region of Alto Teles Pires, focusing on Sorriso, Lucas do Rio Verde and Sinop. The team joins 80 other DSF professionals who work comprehensively in Caxias do Sul, Bento Gonçalves, Porto Alegre and São Paulo. 

In the region, Dupont Spiller Fadanelli Advogados will work especially with Agribusiness, Tax, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate, International, Corporate Law, Debt Restructuring and Joint Ventures.  “We are expanding our operations, taking the strength of our 50-year experience to a region with high financial activity, which needs legal security for its operations”, highlights Guilherme Spiller, partner at Dupont Spiller Fadanelli Advogados.

420 kilometers from Cuiabá, Sorriso is also recognized for being the largest individual producer of soybeans in the world. The municipality also stands out in the production of cotton and beans. The new office is located in the Recanto dos Pássaros neighborhood (Avenida João Baptista Francio, 1644 – room 02) and shares the building with the consultancy company DSF Agro, opened in February this year, which operates with a focus on Governance and Succession Planning.
